Karla Kay Morris, 47, of Weatherford, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 11, 1969, to Roger Kent and Andrea Cutter Morris. Karla was a Weatherford High School graduate cl of 1988, who became a devoted member of "Roos With A Heart," a group of WHS Alumni that feed the homeless at Compassion Park in Fort Worth. She was a positive influence to the people she served and brightened up their day just by giving her time to help and listen to them. Karla also had a special place in her heart for animals and she shared a special relationship with God. She is preceded in death by her mother, Andrea. Karla is survived by her sons, Ethan Martin and Jacob Vestal; father, Roger Kent Morris, Sr.; brothers, Matt Morris and wife Anna, Nathan Scott Morris and wife Jamie and Roger Kent Morris, Jr and wife Tabbi; aunt, Vicki Morris Logue; two grandchildren; cousin, Jacob Hain and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
Because Karla was a compassionate member of "Roos With A Heart," please join with them at 10 a.m. June 3, 2017 at Compassion Park, 1417 E. Presidio Street, Fort Worth, 76102, to participate in her passion of feeding the homeless.
