Viola V. Keller, of Milwaukie, died Sept. 29. She was 91.

She was born March 12, 1919, in Jamestown, N.D., the daughter of Fred and Lydia (Jahrus) Holzworth.

She moved to Oregon City with her family in 1930, and graduated from Oregon City High School. She married Samuel Keller in 1943.

She worked as a payroll manager for Fred Meyer grocery stores before her retirement. She was a member of Oregon City Evangelical Church.

She was an avid gardener and loved flowers and photography.

Surviving are a son, Ronald Keller of Oregon City; a daughter, Janice Long of Spokane, Wash.; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Keller, and a son, Donald G. Keller.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 9, at 3:30 p.m. at Oregon City Evangelical Church, 124 Linn Ave., Oregon City.

Contributions in her memory may be made to the Oregon City Evangelical Church.
