The body will lie in state from 1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Monday, August 16, 2021 at V.K. Ryan & Son Funeral Home. Also on Monday a walk-through visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Bethel Chapel A.M.E. Church on Glade Street in Columbia. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. Masks are required.
Survivors include her daughters, Carol Harris of Nashville, Deborah (Ardiss) Armstrong of Columbia and Rosalind (Melvin) Taylor of Nashville; brother, Joseph (Marilyn) Myles of Nashville; sisters, Gwendolyn Stewart of Chattanooga, TN, Marjorie Locke of Weaverville, NC, Minnie Marie Myles of Fort Wayne, IN and Celia Myles of Louisville, KY; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
