Doris Gerald "Bones" Vincent, 83 of Bowling Green passed away Friday, May 26, 2017 at his home. He was a son of the late Ezra & Mable Vincent. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Vivian Denham, Marjorie Whitson, and Yvonne Turner. Two brothers, Maurice & Rodney Vincent. Bones worked for Honey Krust, Colonial, and Sunbeam bakeries for several years before going to work for Miller's Bottled Gas Co. of Bowling Green. He served in the National Guard where he achieved the rank of Sgt. First Class as well as being a supply Sgt. He enjoyed fishing, and talking to his friends on the telephone.
