Windell Curtis Brockway, 77, of Rockwall, Texas, passed away May 28, 2017. He was born March 17, 1940, in Royse City, Texas, to William Eugene Brockway and Euna (Miles) Brockway. Mr. Brockway met the love of his life, Donna Kay Arey, at the Dairy Queen in Greenville. He and Donna were married for 59 years and raised their four children in the Royse City and Rockwall areas.
