PATSY WAYNE ASBURY WEBB, age 71, of Walnut Grove Road, in Carlisle, Kentucky, died Saturday, December 6, 2008, at Nicholas County Hospital, in Carlisle. Born in Nicholas County, Kentucky, on February 4, 1937, to the late Millard Francis and Carrie D. Hill Asbury, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, a member of Irvingsville Baptist Church and a Nicholas County Farm Bureau director.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Derek Tyler Stacy. She is survived by: her husband, Bobby Allen Webb; a son, Mike (Melissa) Webb, of Nicholas County; a daughter, Marilynn (Daryl) Stacy, of Nicholas County; six grandchildren, Israel Daryl (Michelle) Stacy, Kari Beth Stacy, Brittany Lynn Davidson, Jessica Wayne Webb, Hali Brooke Webb and Dillon Webb; and four great-grandchildren, Zachary Tyler Stacy, Hannah Michelle Stacy, Kayla Beth Stacy and Lincoln Patrick Stacy.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Ware Funeral Home, in Cynthiana, by Bro. Albert Simmons and Keith Bledsoe. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Millersburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Irvingsville Baptist Church, c/o Vivian Richardson, 331 Dogwalk, Cynthiana, Kentucky 41031. Active pallbearers will be Glen Aubrey, Emery Richardson, Jeff Doyle, Jeff Howard, Israel Stacy, B.J. Tincher and Dillon Webb.
