Mr. Jerry Ray Beck, age 76, of Cedartown, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020.

He was born in Cedartown on Saturday, October 7, 1944, the son of the late J.D. Beck and the late Lucille (Sparks) Beck.

Besides his parents, Mr. Beck is preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Ray Beck; one daughter, Johnna Gail Graves; and his two brothers, James Winfred Beck and Charles Doyle Beck.

Mr. Beck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was known as a diligent and hard worker. Mr. Beck enjoyed spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Mae (Coleman) Beck of Cedartown; two daughters, Teresa Joanne Moore of Kennesaw and Deanna Jeannine Melton of Cartersville; 10 grandchildren and their spouses, Taylor and Amanda Moore, Amanda and Ryan Lindsey, Jeremiah Graves, Justin Adams, Rae Moore, Jessie and Joshua Patterson, Kassie and Cody Clifford, Noah Beck, Sam Melton and Isaiah Beck; nine great grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

In accordance with Mr. Beck’s wishes, he will be cremated.

Cremation services are be provided by Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan (GA).
