She married Daryl Goodwin on June 21, 1985 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Paula was a social worker for Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
Survivors are:husband: Daryl of the home, 1 daughter: Maegan Elayne Miller and husband, Jeron of Tahlequah, OK., 2 sons: Jacob Wayne Goodwin and wife, Christy of Muldrow, OK and Jace Olliever Goodwin of Stillwater, OK, 5 grandchildren: Abigail and Isaac Goodwin, Bruce Miller, Rush and Rowdy Miller, Mother and step-father: Shelba and Dennis McClure of Sallisaw, OK, 1 sister: Theresa Rogers and husband, Jay of Bixby, OK, 1 brother: Linville Paul Merrill and wife, Rhonda of Sallisaw, OK, numerous other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery.
