Joyce graduated from Caney High School in 1966 and was a homemaker and rancher. She married J.C. Myers on Friday, January 16th, 1970 at Atoka. They had 38 wonderful years together before his passing on January 3, 2009. Joyce was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed gardening, farming, ranching, sewing, and cooking. Joyce loved being outside.
