Age 57. Son of the late Edward William and Elizabeth (née Downey) Hunter. Frank was graduated from Levittown High School, class of 1972. He attended Paul Smith College in Saranac Lake, NY, and was later graduated from West Virginia University in 1976, receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in Forestry. He was the owner and president of Atlantis Aerial Survey Co., Inc. in Budd Lake, NJ. Frank lived in Blairstown and the Lake Owassa section of Frankford for many years before moving to Lafayette, NJ in 2001.
