PAMELA ROSE (DIRRIM) JORDAN, returned her soul to her loving Heavenly Father early in the morning on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, from Parkview Randallia's Supportive Care Hospice Unit, surrounded by her loving husband, Fred, their children, and her sister, Margaret. She took her last breath and returned home completing her earthly journey quietly and at complete peace. "For us, she leaves behind blessed memories of a sweet disposition, a beautiful and endearing smile, and sparkling eyes." Born March 13, 1942, in Fort Wayne, Pam was the daughter of the late DeVere Dirrim and Genevieve (Magers) Dirrim. She attended Most Precious Blood School and then graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1960. Soon afterward she began her courtship with her future husband, Frederick Jordan whom she married on June 1, 1963 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Together they lovingly raised a family of seven children, Mary Ann, David, Catherine (Michael) Acuna, Daniel, Suzanne (Mark) Peterson, Thomas, and Cynthia (John) Gordon; also nine grandchildren have blessed their marital union. Also surviving is one younger sister, Margaret (Peg) Stein. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 2, 2017, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, with calling one hour prior to the Mass. Father James Bromwich will celebrate the sacred liturgy. Calling also from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2017, at D.O. McComb & Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with a prayer vigil, led by Father Polycarp Fernando who will bless those in attendance, beginning at 3:30 p.m. Burial in the Catholic Cemetery.
