Gregory A. (Greg) Warner, 43, died Sunday, March 21, 2004, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Visitation is 4-9 p.m. today at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Pinelake Baptist Church with burial in Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Pearl.
Greg was a native and longtime resident of Toledo, Ohio, and a resident of Rankin County for the past seven years. He attended Pinelake Baptist Church. Greg moved to Rankin County from Shreveport, La., where he was a contracting manager for Barksdale Air Force Base. He was a graduate of Start High School in Toledo, Ohio, and also the University of Toledo. Greg was an Army Veteran and was currently employed as a Commodity Manager for Vickers Fluid Power which is a division of Eaton Corp. in Cleveland, Ohio. He also did volunteer work for the Junior Achievement in local high schools in Rankin County.
Survivors include his wife, Jill Warner of Brandon; daughter, Andrea Warner of Brandon; son, Nathan Warner of Brandon; parents, Rodney and Carol Warner of Temperance, Mich.; sisters, Lisa Rogers of Maumee, Ohio, and Pam Jaegle of Temperance, Mich.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
