She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Carl Nichols; sister, Ann Brown; and sister in-law, Virginia Hix. She is survived by her sons and daughters in-law, Joey and Kathy Nichols of Stockbridge, GA; Terry and Joan Nichols of Stockbridge, GA; daughter and son in-law, Debbie and Tony Smith of Stone Mountain, GA; grandchildren, Shawn and Carrie Nichols, Brandon and Keira Nichols, Justin Nichols, and Hannah Nichols; great grandchildren, Kaeden Nichols, Logan Nichols, and Kensley Nichols; brothers, Kent Hix, Leon and Blonde Hix, Lemuel and Ladon Hix, Dean and Glenda Hix, Phil and Eddie Hix; sister, Nell and Mardis Parker; and brother in-law James Brown.
