Ollie V. Hargraves Hesters, 97, passed on into the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 29, 2007. Ollie was born August 18, 1910 in Portsmouth, VA, and had lived in Jacksonville for 77 years. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Temple. Ollie was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great- great-grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her daughters, Betty Rigdon of Orange Park, Martha Waters of Macclenny, Barbara (William) Waters of Bryceville and Nancy (David) McPherson of Sebring; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grand- children and 7 great-great-grand- children.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at New Hope Baptist Temple, 9900 103rd St. with the viewing beginning one hour prior to service time. Burial will follow in Gethsemane Memorial Gardens. Services under the direction and care of ETERNITY FUNERAL HOME, 4856 Oakdale Ave.
