Tammy Jo Rose, age 47 of Charleston, formerly of East Prairie, died May 23, 2017, at her home. Born April 7, 1970, in St. Louis, Mo., to Ronald Redfering of St. Louis and Clara Jo Redfering of East Prairie, she had been employed by Ferguson Medical Group and was a homemaker. On July 14, 1990, she married Billy Rose, who survives of the home.
Besides her parents and husband, survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Austin Ray and Colleen Rose of St. Louis; one daughter and son-in-law, Courtney and Caleb Hatton of East Prairie; and two sisters, Donna Vann and Tonya Hatton, both of East Prairie. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Ella Cate Hatton and Zander Rose.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Randal Redfering.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 27, 2017, at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, with Bro. Jared Jackson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery under the direction of Shelby Funeral Home.
