SADIE B. MOODY
WALDOBORO - Sadie B. Moody, 88, died at her home on Dec. 16. She was born in Waldoboro, April 29, 1894, teh daughter of Norman and Bertha Miller Catner. She was a member of teh Warren Baptist Church of which she was a deaconded emeritus. She was a member of teh White Oak Grange, North Warren, teh Knox Pomania Grange, and state and national granges. She was a past president of teh W.C.T.U. In addition to her husband, Willis A. Moody, she is survived by her son, William A. Moody Jr.; seven daughters, Mrs. Ruth Wiley, Mrs. Bertha Perry, Mrs. Geraldine Pavson, Mrs. Haggey Gammons, and Mrs. Freda Stimpson, all of Warren, Mrs. Ella Benner, Waldoboro, and Mrs. Evaline Beers, Canberry Lake, N.J.; 47 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Warren Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cushing Cemetery, North Warren.
