He is survived by his Long time companion Regina Courtney, his brother and sisters Stephen Bland, Tina Bland, and Lisa Bland Noto, and a stepson Chris.
Clay is preceded in death by his parents Johnnie and Clida Bland, and his brother Stewart Clifton Bland. Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
