She was born in New Castle, Ind., on July 29, 1938, the daughter of Goble and Grace (Muncy) Troxell.
Sandy married Charles V. Bradshaw on Nov. 13, 1968. Together they travel to many bases when Charles was in the U.S. Air Force. She worked at Monahan Medical in Plattsburgh for many years before retiring.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Charles in 1986, a daughter Michelle Bradshaw, a sister Joann Williams and her step siblings, Richard, Danny, Jackie and Rickey Dinkins.
Sandy is survived by her half siblings, Ronnie (Waneta) Dinkins, Tom (Anna) Dinkins, all of New Castle, Ind., Gary (Ina) Dinkins of Shelbyville, Ind., and Sharon Andrews of Cookville, Tenn. Also left to cherish Sandy's memory is her lifelong friend, who was by her side when she passed, Shannon Smart and her husband Joshua and son Colby all of Saranac.
