Mrs. Kim A. Jones, age 58 of Homosassa, Florida, died Thursday, May 12, 2016 in Homosassa, FL. She was born November 16, 1957 in Rantoul, IL, daughter of Robert Borkoski and Dorothy (Dravis) Borkoski. Mrs. Jones worked as a Landscape Designer at Cloverlawn Equipment then as a Floral Manager for Winn Dixie for 13 years. Kim loved making floral arrangements, taking care of animals, and designing landscapes.
Mrs Jones was preceded in death by her father, Robert Borkoski and her step-father, Harley Jones, both of Orlando, FL. Survivors include husband, State Park Ranger Paul Jones of Homosassa, FL, mother, Dorothy Jones and brother, Robert (Bobby) Borkoski of Summerville, FL, son, Jason Ballard of Crystal River, FL, and daughter, Amy Young of Arkansas.
Donations can be made in Kim Jones name to the American Cancer Society . A public Memorial Service to remember and honor Mrs. Kim Jones will be held at the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park in the upper level Pepper Creek Terrace of the Visitor Center on highway 19. The Memorial Service will be at 11:30 am on Wednesday, May 18, 2016.
