Eld. Doug Curtis, age 87 of Westmoreland, TN, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017.

Funeral Services for Eld. Curtis will be conducted on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM from Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with Eld. Ottis Jones and Bro. Cliff Jones officiating.  Interment will follow in Siloam Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Woodard Funeral Home.

Eld. Curtis has pastored several churches, officiated at 566 funerals and 179 weddings, preached 8,125 sermons, baptized 395, held 345 revivals including 2 in Alaska. He served as Chaplain at Sumner Regional Hospital for 5 years, served in ministering and counciling at the Macon and Sumner County jails, and also hosted and co-hosted 8 tours to the Holy Land and other countries including Israel, Egypt, Greece, Italy and Jordan.

Father - Jack Curtis,
Mother - Mandy Curtis, and
Sister - Gladys Lambert,

Wife - Juanita Curtis, Westmoreland, TN
Son - Mike & (Mimi) Curtis, Okolona, MS
Son - Kenny & (Dianna) Curtis, Greenbrier, TN
Grandchild - John  Douglas Curtis, Nashville, TN
Brother - Don & (Alice) Curtis, Westmoreland, TN.
