Mrs Shockley was born May 10,1920 in Ruston,La to Francis Marion and Minnie Loraine Simmons McCullin. She was a beautician in Haynesville for many years and a member of the First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Her husband, James Shockley, three sisters and seven brothers. she is survived by three sons, three grandchildren and one great Grandson.
