Shirley A. Stebbins, age 80, went to be with her Lord Sunday, May 21, 2017. Shirley was born June 13, 1936 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the daughter to Clifford and Cibyl (Sherwood) Bohnstengel. Shirley was a very active member of Cornerstone Church. She loved her Red Hatter ladies and her time at the Wyoming Senior Center. Above all else, Shirley truly cherished the time she had with her family.

She is survived by her children Brian (Michelle) Amante, Terri (Jim) Duthler, Shelly (Cullen) DeWolfe and Rob (Claudia) Amante; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters Clifford (Dee) Bonn, Howard Bohnstengel, Kay (Jim) Elmer and Nola Norton; sister-in-law, Phyllis Needham and daughter-in-love, Sheryl Stebbins; many nieces, nephews, very special cousins Bill and Carol Baxter and extended relatives. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bob, in 2008 and her parents.

Funeral services for Shirley will be held 10:30am, Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, Michigan. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Shirley's family will meet with friends and relatives from 2-4pm and 7-9pm Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Cook Funeral Home (West building) and one hour prior to services Saturday at the chapel.

Shirley died in an accident when a woman ran a stop sign.
