WAUZEKA - Mary "Gladys" Chadwick, age 77, of 100 Timber Street, Wauzeka, died on Sunday, February 7, 1993 at the Prairie Memorial Hospital In Prairie du Chlen. She was born June 20, 1915 in Wauzeka, the daughter of Frank and Mary (Noe) Mercer. She married Russell Chadwick on July 27, 1938 at the Little Brown Church In Allamakee, Iowa. She lived In Wauzeka most of her life and graduated from Wauzeka High School. Mary "Gladys" Is survived by a daughter, Lois (Jerry) Brockel of Poynette; a son, Stan (Janet) Chadwick of Sun Prairie; a sister, Anna Dobson of Boscobel; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mary "Gladys" was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Chadwick in 1958; two sons, Timothy In 1970, and Steven In 1975; two brothers; and four sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 1993, at the UNITED METHODIST CHURCH In Wauzeka. Pastor Lynn Schreck will officiate. Burial will be In the Wauzeka Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, at the BEEMAN - PATCHAK FUNERAL HOME In Wauzeka.
