Ann was a registered nurse having graduated from Newton Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse for many years while raising five children. Ann enjoyed skiing, gardening, traveling and the beach. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Ann’s kindness and gentle nature will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
Ann was predeceased by her son Carl K. Chisholm. She is survived by four children, James P. Chisholm III of Mashpee, Marianne Galuchie and husband Jack of Gladstone, NJ, Nancy Boudreau and husband David of Forestdale, Gail Naumann and husband Bruce of Flemington, NJ. Also survived by daughter in-law Beverly Chisholm of Carver, her brother David Keniston of Florida, sisters Jeanne Demers of Haverhill, NH and Sara Jane Dembiec of Holderness, NH, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Jude’s Chapel in Christ the King Church, 3 Job’s Fishing Rd. Mashpee, on Wednesday May 24, 2017 at 10AM. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VNA Hospice of Cape Cod, 434 Route 134, Suite D-3, South Dennis, MA 02660.
