Boyd Young, age 87, of Bluebell, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017, at the Uintah Basin Medical Center.

Boyd left school just after the fourth grade so that he could go to work to help his family. He worked in the oilfield until 1984 when he retired and quit smoking. He then was a ditch rider for about five years and a farmer for the rest of his life. He enjoyed the mountains, camping, fishing, and hunting.
