Mr. Johnnie Barnes, 87, of 607 Lane Street,Ext., Wilson, NC died Saturday, Sept. 3rd. at Avante of Wilson with his wife Bessie Barnes and family by his side.
Mr. Barnes, born in Wilson County, was the son of the late Rossie Barnes and Minnie Rountree Barnes. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, William Henry Barnes, Edward Barnes, George Barnes and Rudolph Barnes; two sisters, Cora Lee Blue and Tina Mae Lofton.
