Patricia "Pat" Carolyn Harp, 70, of Conyers, died May 20, 2017. Ms. Harp is preceded in death by her parents, H.R. and Ruby Poole. She is survived by her daughter, Sholar Mitchell, Conyers, GA; granddaughter, Katie Mitchell, Conyers, GA; sister, Barbara West, Sandersville, GA; aunt, Kathyrn Adams, Tallahassee, FL. She adored her granddaughter, Katie and her Shih Tzu, Peekay. She cherished her role as UGA Nana and was able to attend Katie's recent graduation party, despite increasing health issues. Ms. Harp enjoyed yardwork, flowers and fishing. Most important to her was taking care of everyone she knew. The family would like to acknowledge and gratefully thank the staff of Magnolia House for the compassionate care given to our Mama/Nana. Graveside services were held at Culverton Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Brian Hill officiated. Scot Ward Funeral Services.
