Sadie Bell Mounts, 83, died Feb. 12, 2007 in the Hendry Regional Medical Center, Clewiston. She was born in Atwell, WV and lived in Fort Pierce since moving from Bradshaw, WV in 1949.

She was a member of the Sunrise Tabernacle Church, Fort Pierce.

Survivors include daughters, Lorraine Waldron of Fort Pierce, Phyllis Fields of Fort Pierce, Janice Lamb of Clewiston, Lilly Honea of Fort Payne, AL and Melissa Mounts of Fort Pierce; son, Billy Ray Mounts of Blairsville, GA; brothers, Otis Hatfield, Ray Hatfield and Elzie Hatfield; sisters, Lona Dobbs, Betty Wimmer and Theodisha Mullins; 22 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Mounts; and son, Timothy Mounts.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Feb. 16 at Yates Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Feb. 17 in the Sunrise Tabernacle Church, Fort Pierce with the Rev. Johnny Abercrombie officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Fort Pierce.
