JIM "JC" CARTER Jim "JC" Carter, happy resident of Desert Hot Springs, Calif., was 65 years old when he died May 3, 2017, in the arms of his wife, of 25 years, Greta. While most of JC's professional life was in construction management in Phoenix and Las Vegas, it didn't stop him from living around the world gathering friends wherever he lived. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry J. and Dorothy Carter; and sister, Debbie. ,He is survived by his sister, Vera Patterson of Carmel, N.Y.
