Andrea Willie Gardner
April 6, 1967 - May 3, 2017

Andrea passed away on May 3, 2017 at her home with her family by her side. Andrea was born on April 6, 1967 to Allen and Helga Willie of Syracuse. Andrea had battled with brain cancer for nine years. Andrea was a true fighter and she did everything she could to stay with her four daughters who she loved so much.

Andrea worked many jobs throughout her life, but painting was her pride and joy. She painted in so many homes and businesses from Ogden to Draper. Andrea had a true talent and she loved to make people happy. Andrea’s second love was shopping. She could find a sale anywhere and she loved to shop for her daughters.

Andrea and Daren were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on June 18, 1987. They were just a month short of making 30 years together. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many callings throughout her life. She especially enjoyed working with the Young Women. Andrea loved to go to the Temple. She had some great friends that were always willing to take her.

Andrea is survived by her husband Daren, and her four daugthers, Amanda(24), Alexandrea(21), Sydney(17), and Sadie(13). Parents, Allen and Helga Willie, and two sisters, Kristina (Garrich) and Bettina (Roland). Her daugthers were the love of her life. Andrea loved going on trips with her daugthers to Disneyland, Jackson Hole, and Echo. Andrea loved just being with her family.

The family would like to thank Huntsman Cancer Institute for the many years of care; Dr. Howard Coleman, Sean Strope PA, Calee Hulet, and Dr. Randy Jensen.

The family would also like to thank CNS Home Health with the countless hours that they spent in our home taking care of Andrea. They are truly an amazing and caring staff.
