After serving in the US Marines, he graduated from Purdue University with a degree in engineering and was employed as a metallurgist, and owner of Michigan Steel Processing in Hamtramck, Michigan. He enjoyed the outdoors, history, and traveling to many parts of the world, but most of all Wayne enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His strong faith in God sustained him throughout his life, and empowered his great capacity for love.
Mr. Lundy is predeceased by his wife Mary Daniel Lundy, wife Rebecca Mayer Forman Lundy, brother Robert T. Lundy, sisters-in law Ann Daniel and Barbara Lundy, son-in-law Mark Stevens, and great granddaughter Lidia Straight.
