She was born June 3, 1902 in Blackfoot, Bingham county, Idaho to Harry P and Mattie (Johnson) Hunter. She attended schools in Mackay, Idaho and Ogden, Utah, and Business School in Boise, Idaho. She moved to California where she worked and resided since.
She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie, a grandson and granddaughter; and two sisters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a brother, and two sisters.
