Jan R. Livingston, 67, of Union City, Indiana passed away Monday February 27, 2017 at Rest Haven Nursing Home in Greenville, Ohio. Jan was born July 28, 1949 in Union City, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late John R. Meredith and Eileen (Chattin) Thomas. Jan worked for Randolph County Division of Family Services were she retired.
Survivors: Son: Matthew (Angie) Livingston-Greenville, Ohio, Grandson: Haiden Livingston, several cousins, and her many friends.

Graveside services and burial were held at Union City Cemetery. Reichard Funeral Home Inc. was entrusted with services.
