Graveside services will be held at Aiken Memorial Gardens with The Rev. Dr. Brian Coulter officiating.
Mr. Skeen was born in Kentuck, WV to the late Henry Beecher and Ora Hamon Skeen. He served in the US Navy in World War II. After the war he joined DuPont and later moved to Aiken during the construction of the Savannah River Site. He retired from the site as an area superintendent. He was a founding member of the South Aiken Presbyterian Church and ACTS. He was active in Aiken youth baseball, coaching for many years.
He is survived by his two sons, David Skeen, Aiken and Michael Skeen, Waynesboro, GA.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Skeen was preceded in death by his first wife Kathy Skeen and his second wife Ellie Skeen.
