Mabel French Baker, age 89, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017, at Harrison Memorial Hospital, in Cynthiana, Kentucky. She was born on September 3, 1927, to the late Clarence and Carrie French. She was a member of Mt. Olivet Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by: her husband, Heber Jackson Baker, who she married in 1946; her daughter-in-law, Charlotte Baker; four brothers; and four sisters. She is survived by: her son, Glen Jackson Baker, of Maysville; two grandchildren, Shari (Tony) Heminger and Adam (Crystal) Baker, both of Maysville; three great-grandchildren, Ryan Heminger, Kaylee Baker and Maycee Baker; and a sister, Carrie Ackley, of Maysville.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Moore and Parker Funeral Home in Brooksville. Burial will be at Brooksville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to charity of choice.
