Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hofmeier Spencer; a daughter, Susan Elaine Pferrman of Butler; and a brother, Mose Spencer of New Baltimore, Mich.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
