Stephanie Adams-Bautista, 44, passed away on Saturday May 13, 2017, after her year long battle with breast cancer. She was born in Jacksonville where she has lived most of her life.

She received her high school diploma from Florida Community College, Jacksonville. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and wife. She loved singing, music, going to the beach, laughing and spending time with her family and friends. She was a very talented and creative artist.

Survivors include her husband, Jesus Chuy; daughter, Jenna Scully; sons, Jacob, James, and Jeremy; mother, Melissa Diane Adams, father Thomas Adams; sister, Jessica Adams; grandmothers, Emily Jean Barrineau and Maxine Drury Ross; Uncle Jimmy Drury and Aunt Patsy, cousins Michelle and Lil Jimmy; aunt Kathy Pumphrey and uncle Bob; cousin Hannah; Aunt Brenda Wright, cousins Brian and Matt; and many great aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 18, at 2pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Rev. Tom Drury officiating. Interment will follow in Eubanks Cemetery, Jacksonville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
