Jimmy Dale was born on October 9, 1957. He worked for the Imperial Irrigation District for numerous years as a zenjero, before he medically retired. Jimmy enjoyed working with wood in his garage, going to the desert and mountains; spending quality time with his family and life time best friend Louie Pitones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton E. Franklin and Violet Marie Franklin.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Wilson (Jimmie); nieces, Jacqueline Gregory (Jason) and Samantha Reeves (Reggie); great-nephews, Jaxon Sanchez and Weston Reeves; great-nieces, Scarlett and Kenzie Reeves.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 5 p.m. at the Imperial Valley Fairgrounds Plaza De Las Culturas Building.
