Clara was born August 5, 1918 in Upsala to Ben and Helen (Kalis) Zellner. She married Walter Jacobs on June 25, 1945 in St. Edwards Catholic Church in Elmdale. She was a homemaker and lived all of her life in the Holdingford area, until she moved to the Mother of Mercy Home in 1992. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Holdingford and a former member of the St. Mary's Christian Mothers.
Clara is survived by her daughter, Shirley (Elmer) Schmidt of Albany; her grandchildren, Chad (Lea) Schmidt, Albany; Sarah Schmidt, and special friend, Kurt Richter, Albany; greatgrandchildren, Leczy, Nathan, Ryan and Trenton Schmidt and her brothers, Clarence Zellner, Upsala and Gordon (Francella) Zellner, Minneapolis.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter in May of 2002, her brothers, Ivan, Lewis and ; Duane and sister, Dorothy.
