He is preceded in death by his parents, Thurman Thaniel Foster and Florence Ellen Foster; daughter, Brandy Foster Sparks; sister, Tracey Robinson; and
Brother-in-law, Billy James.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Ann Foster of Hartman; daughter, Lacey Foster and wife Lea of Hartman; brother, Maxie Foster and wife Janice of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; sisters Marchia Case and husband Chris Case of Clarksville, and Brenda James of Hartman; son-in-law, Kevin Sparks of Lamar; and grandchildren, Shian Sparks, Chance Foster, Brooke Stain, and Chris Stain.

Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home Chapel in
Clarksville, Arkansas.

The Graveside Service will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, May 18, 2017 at the Oark Cemetery in Oark with Chris Case Officiating.

Pallbearers will be Richard Mays, John Mays, Todd James, Eric James, Clayton Case, and Ryan Maxwell. Honorary Pallbearers will be Allen Walker, Larry Kinman, Larry Hogue, Willis Stewart, Mike Walker, Jerry Don Childers, Greg Robinson, Pat Warren, Kevin Sparks, Mark Jennings, Sheldon Stepp.
