Mrs. Sherry Lee Thompson, of Grant Township, passed away at the age of 59 years 10 months 6 days on Thursday May 11, 2017, at Blue Water Hospice Home, Marysville after a courageous battle with cancer.
Sherry Lee, the daughter of the late Rolland “Hud” and Beverly (Bowman) Harmer, was born Friday, July 5, 1957, in Jeddo.
On Saturday, October 23, 1976, Miss Sherry Lee Harmer was united in marriage with Mr. Lloyd Allen Thompson was in Yale.
Sherry was employed as a cook for the Yale Public Schools and Regency on the Lake Nursing Home, Fort Gratiot for several years.
She enjoyed quilting, was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
