ALICE F. MACKIN, 84, of Weaver Hill Road, an employee at Bostitch, East Greenwich, for 12 years until retiring in 1962, died Monday at the Coventry Health Center. She was the widow of John F. Mackin.

Born in West Greenwich, a daughter of the late Clyde S. and Edith M. (Fiske) Fish, she lived in Coventry and West Greenwich all her life. Mrs. Mackin was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Coventry Men's Club.

She leaves three sons, Everett F. Mackin of Warwick and George L. and Leonard A. Mackin, both of Pensacola, Fla.; a daughter, Carole M. Knight of West Greenwich; three brothers, Ray W. and Edwin C. Fish, both of West Greenwich, and Wallace Albro of Walpole, N.H.; a sister, Blanche F. Albro of West Greenwich; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Frank R. Gorton & Sons Funeral Home, 721 Washington St., Coventry. Burial will be in Mapleroot Cemetery, Coventry.
