SHERRILL, David age 50, of Beavercreek, OH passed away on Sat. Oct. 19, 2013. Son of late parents William Sherrill and Jacqueline Stickler, Dave was a beloved and cherished husband to his wife of 13 years, Jacqueline; devoted father of Daniel Sherrill (Jacqueline) and Michael Sherrill of Columbus, OH; proud grandfather of his grandchildren, Austen and Morgan Sherrill; loving brother to Donald Sherrill (Melissa) and Debbie Phillips; step-son to Evelyn Reinert; step-brother to Lisa Keller, Tracy Zimmerman (Jeff), and Kevin Reinert. Dave will be remembered for his kindness and exuberant spirit. His warm, outgoing personality turned perfect strangers into friends. He loved a good laugh and shared a strong, warm handshake or hug with those he'd meet. Dave was a proud member of the IBEW Local 82 Union. He will be profoundly missed by many. Family will greet friends on Fri. Oct. 25 from 4-8 pm at Reis Legacy Center, 6661 Clyo Rd, Centerville OH. Funeral Mass to follow Sat. Oct. 26 at 10 am at Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Dr, Dayton OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in David's memory to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420.
