Carolyn Sue Amos, 79, of Belpre, OH died Wednesday May 10, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Tanner, WV a daughter of the late Paris Rexford and Gladys Audrey (Newlon) Frymier.

She graduated from Tanner High School in 1955 and worked at Dils Department Store and Medical Financial Consultants. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband William Amos; two sons Michael Eugene Weaver (Monique) of Grand Rapids, MI and Ronnie Dale Weaver (Melissa) of Charlotte, NC; stepdaughter Jennifer Schutte of Mustang, OK; granddaughter Rachel Beth Weaver of Columbus, OH; step granddaughter Katelin Nichole Schutte of Mustang, OK; and four brothers and sisters Reta Stewart of Jane Lew, WV, Elaine Perrine of New Concord, OH, Merceline Bennett of Tanner, WV, and Orville "Jack" Frymier (Roann) of Tanner, WV.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers Robert and William Frymier, and a sister Maxine Gumm.

Services will be Saturday 11:00 AM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Dan Stevens officiating. Burial will be at New Mt. Olive Cemetery in Burnt House, WV.
