Michael J. Hauser Sr. June 2, 1955 May 9, 2017 Michael J. Hauser Sr., 61, of Snow Shoe, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017, at his home. He was born in Bellefonte on June 2, 1955, the son of the late George and Barbara Cole Hauser. On April 15, 1978, he married Anne Reish who survives at home. He is also survived by three sons, Michael II (Andrea), of Clermont, Fla., Joshua (Emily), of Pittsburgh, and Kaleb (Ashley), of Moshannon; one daughter, Cassandra Hauser (Bob Reiter), of Snow Shoe; one sister, Peggy (Kenneth) Shope, of Snow Shoe; and seven grandchildren. Michael was an avid motorcyclist and loved to ride and also enjoyed walks in the woods. Friends will he received on Friday, May 12, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, 106 W. Sycamore St., Snow Shoe, PA 16874. Graveside service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the Oak Hill Memorial Cemetery in Karthaus with Rev. Cathy Dittman officiating.
