Glenda Short Bryson went home to be with our Lord and Savior on April 15, 2017, at the age of 93. She was born in Hall Valley, TX on April 26, 1923 to Robert and Minnie Taylor Short.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Thomas V. Bryson. She is survived by her children, Thomas and wife Margie, and Patricia Woitena; 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Glenda was involved in her church as a director of Houston Terrace Baptist School and taught Sunday school for many years. The family wishes to express their appreciation for the wonderful care that Glenda received at Country Care Manor in La Vernia, TX.
Funeral service will be on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South, with Chaplain Arthur Gray as the officiant. Interment to follow at Mission Burial Park South.
