Helen E. LeMay, 83, of Riverside, Calif., died Feb. 16, 1992 in Riverside. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. today at the Air Force Academy Cemetery. Evergreen Funeral Home, Fountain and Union boulevards, is handling arrangements. Mrs. LeMay was born in 1908. She was a graduate of the University of Michigan and helped develop programs for military widows. Mrs. LeMay was married in 1934 to Curtis E. LeMay, a four star Air Force General, who sis deceased. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to The LeMay Foundation, 17050 Arnold Drive, Riverside, Ca. 92508.
