Per her obituary, Pat was the daughter of Mark and Hazel Pike. She graduated from University of Nevada at Reno, where she met Richard J. Swope, marrying on June 26, 1952. Over the years, Pat worked as a social worker and administrative secretary, and her favorite past-time was singing. In 1992 she married John G. Pugh and they moved to Moraga. In 2006 she moved to Napa to be near family. Pat was survived by her daughter Cindy, son Brian, sister Lorraine, as well as four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husbands Richard (1928-1989) and John (1919-2003).
