No services are scheduled for Lora Ann West, 88, who died Sunday of natural causes in her Chico home. She was born April 8, 1897, in Missouri. She moved to Chico in 1964 from Citrus Heights. Mrs. West was a member of the Esplanade Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Ben Ball of Carlton, Texas and a daughter, Rebe Ball Moss of Chico; two grandchildren and two step grandchildren. Her husband, George C. West, died in 1976.
Entombment will be in the Sacramento Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a favorite charity in care of the Chico Funeral Home, which is handling arrangements.
