Gloria Emily Sims, 82, of Nampa passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015. A memorial service will be Saturday, November 14 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Nampa. Inurnment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
Emily was born, along with her twin sister, Goldie Ellen, on January 7, 1933 to Charles and Ruth Sims in Manchester, Kansas. Her twin sister passed away after 21 days. Emily came to Nampa in 1937 with her parents where she graduated from Nampa High School in 1951. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Nampa.
Emily was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and four sisters. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
